Revenue Assurance & Billing Verification 

Our Revenue Assurance product provides the means for an independent audit of all revenue streams. It verifies large volumes of call records (CDRs) and subscriber information to provide billing analysis and verification on various levels. It is an "off the shelf" automated solution that provides a comprehensive billing verification to reduce revenue leakage and financial exposure.

Our Revenue Assurance solution is excellent for ensuring that your billing system is working as expected. It does this by processing sample customer CDRs for a billing period, then generates a report detailing any differences between what was billed versus what was supposed to be billed as per your various pricing plans, thus identifying both revenue leakage and over billing (thus ensuring regulatory compliance). Note that it does this 100% independently of your billing system.

Options are available for:

1. an outright purchase of the product
2. a managed services agreement, or
3. an audit assignment of your rating / billing system as a precursor to either option a) or b). In this case we would perform billing and rating verification on five of your pricing plans using your actual CDR records.
